Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unmounted tires in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Tires must not have been installed, driven on, or damaged
- Tires must be in original condition with labels intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Mounted or used tires
- Special order or custom products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
